Literature Based Curriculum
	Camp Turtle Creek is thematically organized around a literature-based curriculum. A theme is developed every week and literature is selected based on that theme. Every activity and content area (math, reading, science and social studies) dovetails with the selected theme.

Camp Staff
	All of our staff are trained and experienced teachers of young children who know how to teach to this age group. The emphasis is on engaging hands-on-experiences. Children are grouped by grade level, but there is flexibility in our grouping according to the child’s specific academic needs. The camp runs for six weeks.

Our Offerings
	We offer 2, 3 or 5 Mini Days for our Pre K, K, and1st grade students. We offer a half day program for our 3 year olds. If you are a Turtle Creek parent, our camp is also a wonderful way to ease your pre-school child into our program in the fall.
